Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your item, you may return it within 14 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met.

The item must be unused and unworn
The item must be returned in the same condition it arrived in
All original packaging must be included
All tags and labels must remain attached and in their original condition

Opened, worn or washed items are normally not eligible for a full refund.

Due to product condition, inspection, and resale eligibility standards, items that show signs of wear, use, opening, or handling beyond what is necessary may only qualify for up to a 50% refund of the item value.

To start a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide you with return instructions.

Returns that do not meet the above conditions may be refused
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect
We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items
